Submission of samples

The client delivers no less than 10 ng (total RNA) or 100 pg (mRNA), per reaction. Concentration and quality details must be provided with each probe. The photometric determination of the A260/A280 ratio is obligatory, Bioanalyzer results or gel photos are optional. In the case that cDNA is sent, please indicate how much total RNA, or mRNA, was used for reverse transcription. RNA probes must be dissolved in DEPC water. If requested, MAD will perform a quality check (Agilent Bioanalyzer) with the provided RNA samples. MAD accepts no responsibility for poor results caused by inadequate samples quality. Q-PCR analysis with SYBR green in stead of TaqMan probes is available on request.
